We work very hard on keeping as much as we can local, our eggs and all dairy products all come from the surrounding area. Our meat is sourced locally too, Lamb, Pork, Beef and Poultry are also from Essex where possible. Visitors will notice that the menu is seasonal as we try and use local producers, this means cooking with what is available at the given time of the year.
